Esteban Morales - Vice President
Esteban Morales serves as Vice President at Wingate Construction Group, where he provides executive leadership across project operations, client coordination, and construction delivery. With extensive experience in commercial and public-sector construction, Esteban is responsible for overseeing project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control.
In his role, Esteban works closely with owners, architects, engineers, and inspection authorities to deliver technically sound, constructible solutions while maintaining compliance with applicable codes and standards. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex field conditions and is known for his ability to resolve issues efficiently while protecting project integrity and stakeholder interests.
